About Me
Hi, I’m Tia, the educator and mom behind The Teacher Mom Collective.
I believe every child deserves support, structure, and encouragement, and every parent deserves the tools and confidence to advocate for their child. Whether you’re preparing for IEP meetings, looking for creative ways to keep your little one engaged during daily routines, or trying to balance lesson plans with family life, my goal is to provide practical strategies and encouragement to help lighten the load.
This space blends my professional expertise as an ESE teacher with my personal experience as a mom of two little boys and a bonus son. Here, you’ll find teacher-approved resources and advocacy tools. Raising and teaching young learners isn’t always easy, but it can be meaningful, manageable, and even joyful when shared with the right support.
At its heart, The Teacher Mom Collective is about connection between teachers and parents, between moms and children, and between learning and everyday life.
I’m so glad you’re here!
